Your past, your life experience, is like the fuel in the Space Shuttle. If the fuel is properly used it can propel you into orbit, your destiny. Banning the Box doesn’t mean an employer can’t ask about your criminal history. If you want to succeed in your job search, you need to be prepared to properly address your criminal history on job applications, and in interviews.
